Chief Executive Officer John J. Gisi has announced the introduction of the
bank's new logo.

Under the direction of Gisi, the company's original CEO, National Bank of
Arizona marks its 20-year anniversary in 2004 with a new look which is
symbolic of the bank's Arizona roots.

bold new look, one that says permanency and reliability. We feel our new logo
does just that."
The design of National Bank's new logo is based on the Signal Hill
Petroglyph located just north of Tucson in Marana, Ariz. Since National Bank
was founded in Tucson, the location of the petroglyph is especially
meaningful. The symbol is a sun shrine which archeologists believe was the
symbol for life, infinity or origin. According to archeologists, the
petroglyph dates back to 1200 A.D.
